The services offered by Higher Ground Healing are complementary therapies designed to support your physical, emotional, mental and energetic wellbeing.

These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or psychological condition and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified medical, allied health or mental health professional.

If you have concerns about your health, you should seek advice from your doctor or another appropriately qualified healthcare provider.

By booking and participating in services with Higher Ground Healing, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily choosing to participate in complementary therapy services.

• You understand the nature of the services being provided.

• You may pause or discontinue a session at any time.

• Continue any medical or mental health care recommended by your treating healthcare providers unless otherwise advised by them.

Higher Ground Healing provides complementary wellbeing services within the practitioner’s qualifications, training and scope of practice.

No medical diagnosis, prescription, medical treatment or psychological therapy is provided.

Where appropriate, you may be encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Higher Ground Healing Privacy Policy, kept securely.

Information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious and immediate risk to your safety or the safety of another person.
